The flexibility of the oxide thickness in the continuous anodizing process makes anodized aluminum from the bxPROFIL line ideal for profiling, while maintaining the advantages in appearance, uniformity or surface protection. bxPROFIL can be used to manufacture corrugated or profiled sheets or create three-dimensional surfaces, even large-scale, without requiring complex fixings.

bxPRO BOND guarantees – in both outdoor and indoor applications – striking decorative finishes. Incombustible and corrosion resistant, bxPRO BOND is suitable for all laminating applications. Due to the thickness of the anodic layer, the back side resists well to the hot bonding process used in the production of aluminum composite panels, in which it also finds use because of its light weight. Despite the thin thickness of aluminum routinely used for panels, the exposed surface offers excellent resistance to fading, to corrosion, abrasion and breakage.
