High reflectivity surfaces for infrared radiation
Almeco Infrared Surfaces (IR) are specially designed in the production of infrared heaters and lamps due to their aptitude for handling infrared radiation. Made of anodized aluminum, they help maximize irradiation, concentrating radiation toward a specific direction, or diffuse radiation, increasing the uniformity of distribution.
Infrared heat can be directed exactly where it is required through the use of optimized reflectors that improve the effectiveness of the radiation system and reduce wasted energy. In the industrial field IR systems speed up the heating process during the production phase: from paint curing to the activation of the stickers, to plastic heating before forming. Infrared heat also acts as a reducer of germs on surfaces.
